Treatment for Toe Tendonitis

Tendinitis on the top of foot usually happens due to excessive stress on the lower back, shoulders. It is also commonly referred to as repetitive stress syndrome (RTS). There are many causes for tendonitis including:

– RTS can also be caused by repeated injury to a single part of the body. For example, if you repeatedly bend over, it will cause damage to your lower back. If you continually strain your back or neck muscles, it can also lead to tendonitis on the top of feet. If you experience this condition, you should immediately consult a podiatrist.

– As people grow older, they will start to experience tendonitis on the top of feet especially from sports activities like running. This is because the wear and tear on the bones and muscles of the body increases with age. The pain will become worse with prolonged use of these sports activities and you may feel tenderness in your feet and lower legs. In such cases, it is important to try to avoid sports activities.

– When you run, your feet are constantly in contact with the ground and the plantar fascia ligament (the most important ligament in your foot) may rub against the inside part of the heel bone causing pain to the arch of your foot. This will result in tendonitis on the top of feet. To treat tendinitis on the top of feet, you should avoid wearing high-heeled shoes as the heel may cause excessive pressure on the plantar fascia. This should be done at least twice a week so that you can avoid this problem.

– The most common cause of tendonitis in your heel bone is poor arch support. You should always keep your heels pointed towards the front of the shoe. This will ensure that the weight of your body does not bear down on the heel bone causing you great pain.

If you observe any of the above mentioned tendinitis symptoms, you should immediately get it treated. If the condition gets worse, seek medical advice from a podiatrist. They will recommend the correct medication that will cure your condition. If you have this condition for a long time without getting it properly treated, you can risk permanent damage to the joint tissue around the heel bone and may result to a fracture.

If you need help in dealing with tendonitis, you can find many remedies for pain relief. Some of the medications used are: anti-inflammatory drugs, cortisone injections and glucocorticoids. These will help in reducing the pain. You should consult a doctor before starting any of these therapies, as some may be very dangerous.

Although there are a number of treatments for tendonitis on the top of feet, these treatments are not at all effective. So, in order to get the best results, you should consult a podiatrist and take some basic exercises to improve your foot health.

One of the most commonly prescribed medicines for pain relief is the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. They are known to increase the supply of oxygen to the damaged tissues. In the case of tendonitis, they are used in conjunction with a steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in order to reduce the pain. This combination reduces inflammation and the pain.

Cortisone injections are also very effective for tendonitis as they help to reduce inflammation, reduce pain and improve the circulation to the injured parts. These injections are given intravenously and do not require a physician’s prescription. They should be used as directed by your physician to control inflammation and pain.

Other injections that are used include the glucocorticoid injections which help to repair the damaged tissue by increasing the production of the protein responsible for collagen. and collagenase, an enzyme that breaks down the protein responsible for cartilage breakdown. They also increase the production of bone density.

These supplements also improve muscle strength and flexibility by improving the range of motion of muscles. It also stimulates the production of tendon enzymes. As with any type of treatment, you should always make sure that you consult your doctor before beginning any type of exercise regimen.
